• Geocities - If you have an free account at Geocities, you already have a ready-made form mailing script, click on the link to learn more.
  
  
• AnyForm - Also a form mailer like the one above. You have two options here : to download the AnyForm CGI scripts and install it on your server, or to use the service provided at their server if you don't have CGI access on you own server. Better documentation on using the scripts.
  
  
• FormsMailer - Pretty much the same thing as FormMailer above. Also provides comprehensive documentation on setting up your form. However, this service is for you only if you're part of the British academic community, i.e. your internet domain ends with ac.uk.
